DirectX 9c Repacking Tool

DirectX Repacking Tool allows you to create a switchless sfx archive for installing DirectX Update Only.
Place the downloaded installer in the Source folder.
Run Start.cmd.
You'll see an SFX archive UpdateOnly in the DXRTOOL folder after Start.cmd is finished.
